Coaching

Coaching is neither consulting nor therapy. It is a distinct space: a place to put clear words on what is at play, to dare new perspectives, and to decide differently.

KENEYA creates these spaces with both rigor and care — sometimes through constructive challenge, often with humour, but always with support.

I like to compare this practice to a form of modern maieutics: the art of bringing ideas, awareness, and decisions to light. Together, we clarify your challenges, explore your options, and experiment with new postures. You leave with more clarity, more ease, and the energy to put your choices into action.

My approach draws on several recognized frameworks: the systemic approach of Palo Alto, transactional analysis, Process Communication®, neuroscience, as well as twenty years spent leading teams and complex international projects — and more than 1,300 hours of coaching practice.

I engage in intervision — a peer coaching practice — and I am supervised by a coach supervisor to continue questioning and refining my own practice.

When does coaching become useful?

When a leader steps into a new role.

When a team is experiencing tensions or seeking realignment.

When an executive group needs to make conscious decisions rather than rushed ones.

Or simply when a leader feels the need for a neutral and insightful sparring partner.
