Confidentiality, ethics, and the protection of personal data are matters to which I pay particular attention.
ICF certification requires that I keep certain personal information (name, address, phone number, email) from the clients I support. However, this information is not shared with ICF unless an audit is conducted, and it is not retained beyond what is strictly necessary (https://coachingfederation.org/policies).

 

At any time, each client may request access to the personal data in my possession and indicate if they wish some of it to be deleted, within the limits of what Belgian legal and fiscal regulations require us to keep.
