Facilitation
Bringing together a management team, an international collective, or a hybrid group is not just about filling a room or a schedule.

These moments are often decisive: they can open a new direction, clarify governance, build cohesion… or, on the contrary, crystallize tensions.

I like to think of facilitation as the art of bringing fluidity to what is complex.

KENEYA creates the conditions for your meetings to become spaces of clarity, dialogue, and conscious decision-making. My posture is neutral and caring, yet always structuring: enough freedom for ideas to emerge, enough framework for results to be achieved.

I favor participatory formats that activate collective intelligence without sacrificing rigor, where each intervention is co-designed with the teams involved. Humor, creativity, and pragmatism have their place in a process that remains fully aligned with your objectives.

Depending on the needs, my support may continue through targeted advisory missions to assist in implementing the decisions made. I bring a strategic, neutral, and external perspective, particularly on leadership team dynamics. I do not offer technical expertise, but rather a nuanced understanding of human dynamics and a fresh, experienced-informed point of view.
