My approach

At KENEYA, three pillars underpin all my work: Listen. Clarify. Act. These three words are both a standard and an ethic.

I co-design tailored pathways, combining experiential learning, systemic tools, and practical simulations. The aim: to turn insight into concrete decisions, sustainable action, and embodied practice.

 

This approach is, for me, the one that makes sense. I support individuals, teams, and organizations in developing well-being, performance, and expertise in a sustainable and meaningful way. Our lives feel too precious to be scattered in confusion or inertia. My work is to help (re)find clarity, agency, and alignment

Listen

Without judgment, without preconceived ideas…
To immerse myself as much as possible in the other person’s words, issues, values, and complexities.

To enter the reality of a leader, a team, an organization.
To hear what is said… and what is happening underneath.
To observe the surface and look at the depth, with curiosity and care.

Clarify

Put words, theories, and concepts to what seemed vague or implicit. Gradually shed light on what is entrusted to me and, at times, uncover what lies beneath. Bring relational dynamics to the surface, name emotions, illuminate hidden stakes. Move at my clients’ pace, in a spirit of partnership.

Shore

Act

I do not offer ready-made solutions. I combine my expertise with your needs, adapt to your context, and if something lies outside my field of competence, I either draw on the necessary resources within my network of partners, or I let you know and clearly define the scope of my intervention — with full transparency.
