However, this journey did not begin with coaching…

 

French, with Catalan and Breton roots, and living in Belgium for many years, I carry in both my heritage and my path a strong appetite for change and a genuine curiosity for others. After studying across Europe, I began my career in Morocco, where I managed multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

 

Before becoming a coach, I was an executive. For nearly 20 years, I worked in international cooperation, leading teams with diverse profiles (Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America) and traveling widely across several continents. These years shaped me deeply: they taught me the power of the collective, otherness as a resource, and the importance of meaning in action. As a member of an executive committee and a shareholder, I experienced firsthand the complexity and weight of leadership roles.

 

In 2019, after steering high-impact projects, teams, and decisions, I chose to change posture. I traded decision-making for questioning, direction for support. I became a coach.

 

Since then, I have put my listening, experience, and tools at the service of those who lead teams or are navigating key transitions. My approach combines high standards and care. It draws on maieutics, systemic analysis (Palo Alto), Process Communication®, neuroscience — and more than 1,300 hours of supervised coaching practice and intervision.

 

I work in French, English, and Spanish, with a good understanding of Italian.

 

And because a life path is never only a career: I am the mother of a young daughter, who teaches me every day about creativity — and the art of asking very good questions.
